Travel Planning Services

Miles & Memories provides complimentary travel planning services compensated through commissions from travel suppliers. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Our planning services are provided at no direct cost to you

• We earn commissions from hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other travel suppliers

• Our recommendations are based on your travel needs and preferences

• You are responsible for all travel costs and expenses for your actual trip

• Final booking confirmations and travel documents are subject to supplier terms and conditions

Booking and Payment Terms

• All travel bookings are subject to availability and supplier terms

• Payment for travel arrangements is made directly to suppliers or through our booking systems

• Cancellation and refund policies are governed by individual supplier terms

• We will communicate all relevant cancellation policies before booking confirmation

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for certain bookings

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Personal injury or loss during travel
